# JudgeCat > JudgeCat is a satirical Solana wallet-analysis court and an open experiment in verifiable case receipts. A paid filing analyses public on-chain history only after a 0.01 SOL payment is verified; the free demo uses labelled simulated evidence and reads no wallet history. Information in this brief is current as of 2026-08-11. JudgeCat is entertainment, not financial, legal, identity, safety or credit advice. `$JDGCAT` is a meme token with no intrinsic value. Use only token addresses and market links displayed by the live JudgeCat site; do not infer them from third-party pages. CAT means Court Attestation & Transparency. Stable CAT v1 publishes a closed JSON Schema, domain-separated Ed25519 helpers, a root-ready historical issuer registry, an append-only application transparency chain and a live public verifier for one opted-in satirical behavioural case. CAT v1 verification is fee-free. The published registry is an unsigned, empty draft, so CAT v1 public receipt issuance is off. The separate CAT Authority v2-draft pilot uses free devnet-labelled off-chain wallet message signatures and never holds funds. The CAT Exchange v0.1 draft.2 simulator is live with generated evidence only: its docket separately files seller proceeds, a fixed 0.001 SOL JudgeCat service fee and the buyer total, then verifies both transfers under one generated transaction signature alongside the payer, asset, reference, time window, confirmation and replay state. It connects no wallet, creates or observes no real transfer, collects no fee, stores no user trade and proves no delivery. Real Exchange payments remain not live. Neither module provides custody, escrow, arbitration, identity verification, delivery enforcement, refunds, trust scores or legal enforceability. The Cat Bail Fund is a proposed public rescue-reserve ledger. It is disabled until a separate reserve wallet, recipient agreement and public receipt process are configured. The current paid-filing split remains 70% court operations and 30% liquidity. ## Primary pages - [Main Court](https://judgecat.app/): Submit a public Solana wallet, choose a plea, open a labelled free simulation or begin a paid evidence-backed filing. - [How JudgeCat works](https://judgecat.app/#how-it-works): Plain-language product flow, fee and custody boundaries. - [Public court records](https://judgecat.app/#records): Recent verdicts and the public filing ledger. - [About JudgeCat](https://judgecat.app/about): Origin, purpose, construction and disclaimer. - [Court personnel](https://judgecat.app/characters): Canonical profiles for Hon.
