The service is satire
JudgeCat reviews available public Solana activity and produces an automated comedic case file. Charges, nicknames, jury votes, misconduct scores, “suspected rug” estimates, win rates, sentences and verdicts are entertainment labels—not audited accounting, allegations of crime, identity findings or professional advice.
You must be legally capable of using the service and of authorising transactions from the connected wallet. Connecting a wallet does not give JudgeCat custody or permission to move assets other than the transaction you explicitly approve.
My Casebook uses a free message signature to demonstrate control of a public wallet at that moment. It does not prove a legal identity or create custody. Public Jury votes are informal entertainment ballots, may be rate-limited or removed for abuse, and do not alter the original automated ruling. Parole reviews are automated satire based on later available public activity, carry no second court fee, and may be delayed when data providers are unavailable.
Fees, filing and recovery
A paid filing costs 0.01 SOL plus the network fee shown by your wallet. The filed transaction sends 0.007 SOL to court operations and 0.003 SOL to the designated liquidity wallet. You see and approve the transaction in your wallet before it is submitted.
If a response is interrupted after payment, JudgeCat stores the transaction signature in that browser tab for up to 24 hours and offers “Resume filing” or “Check again.” Use those controls before starting another payment. Duplicate-signature protection attempts to reopen an already filed verdict.
If the service fails to provide a paid filing and recovery does not work, contact the court clerk with the public signature and wallet address. Any remedy will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Public case records
Paid verdicts, wallet profiles, repeat-offender entries, rivalry results and their share cards may be accessible by public URL. Submitting a wallet confirms that you understand the address and its transactions are public and that the resulting satire may be shared by others.
A wallet address does not reliably identify a person. Do not use JudgeCat to claim that a named person owns a wallet or committed wrongdoing. If you believe a case creates a safety, privacy or accuracy issue, contact the court clerk.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate or doxx someone; probe or disrupt the site; evade rate limits; automate abusive volumes; submit unlawful content; misrepresent a satirical verdict as a factual accusation; or interfere with wallets, payments, Telegram or other users.
We may limit access, remove an interface record or suspend a feature when reasonably needed for safety, law, security or reliable operation.
$JDGCAT and market phases
$JDGCAT is an independent meme token with no intrinsic value, guaranteed utility, return, price, liquidity, listing or roadmap outcome. Market-cap court phases and progress displays are product presentation, not promises that a feature will launch or that a token will gain value. The Bonding Court reports public pair venue and order flow; it does not estimate exact remaining bonding-curve inventory when the provider does not supply it.
Buying, selling or holding crypto assets can result in losing the full amount committed. Do your own research and obtain independent advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Networks, providers and responsibility
Blockchain data can be delayed, incomplete or misclassified. AI-generated text can be wrong. Third-party wallets, RPC services, explorers, hosting, Telegram, exchanges and launch platforms operate under their own terms and may be unavailable. Solana payments are generally irreversible once confirmed.
To the extent permitted by law, JudgeCat is provided as available and we are not responsible for trading decisions, token losses, lost wallet access, third-party failures, or reliance on a satirical case file. You remain responsible for checking the transaction displayed by your wallet before approval.
Consumer rights, changes and contact
These terms do not limit guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. The ACCC explains Australian consumer guarantees, and Moneysmart explains crypto-asset risks.
