CAT Authority · v2 draftDevnet/off-chain pilot

Two wallets.
One exact record.

Wallet A files precise terms. Wallet B reviews the identical bytes. If both sign, anyone can verify which wallet keys authorized that public docket—without moving a single lamport.

01 · Fix the record

Exact terms become exact bytes.

Any change produces a different proposal ID and digest. There is no “close enough” docket hiding behind a screenshot.

02 · Bind both roles

Each wallet signs its own role.

A proposer signature cannot masquerade as the counterparty. The two proofs authorize the same proposal through different domain-separated messages.

03 · Stop at evidence

Verification is not enforcement.

CAT records authorization. It does not identify a human, hold funds, arbitrate a dispute, guarantee performance or provide legal advice.

Experimental filing desk · public data

Propose the docket.
Then sign only those bytes.

Nothing is stored until Wallet A signs. Every filed term, wallet address and signature is public. Dockets expire after 24 hours.

Authority lifecycle

A small protocol with hard edges.

The pilot intentionally stops before payments, dispatch, dispute resolution or permanent chain anchoring.

  1. 01Propose

Wallets, terms, evidence window and 24-hour expiry become one canonical proposal.

  2. 02Wallet A signs

The proposer authorizes its role-bound message. Only then is the public docket stored.

  3. 03Wallet B reviews

The share page exposes the exact terms, digest and first proof before any prompt appears.

  4. 04Wallet B signs

The matching counterparty authorizes the same proposal through its own role-bound message.

  5. 05Anyone verifies

The public endpoint recomputes the content ID, digest, roles, signatures and expiry.

Separate experimental module · simulator live

CAT Exchange is on the evidence desk.

The v0.1 simulator applies exact payer, recipient, amount, reference, timing, confirmation and replay checks to generated evidence. It creates no wallet prompt or transaction. JudgeCat never holds funds, commands delivery or decides a dispute.
